RO system: pipeline, valves, high-pressure pump, RO membraneRO membrane hull, membrane frame, inlet water control system, inlet solenoid valve, flushing solenoid valve, pressure-regulating valve, high-pressure switch, low-pressure switch, precision filter, storage system(matched): liquid level controller, water tank, water pump.
Technical Process Introduction:
This process consist of two parts: pretreatment system and reverse osmosis (RO) system.
Pretreatment consist of multi-media filter, acticarbon filter and full-auto water softener.
The RO plant is mainly made of high-pressure pump, RO membrane and control section.
The RO technique is one kind of high efficiency, low energy consumption, non-pollution advanced technology, is mainly applied into produce pure water and seas water desalination. the RO technique is one kind of membrane separation filtration technology with pressure difference as power, to separate H2O and much inclusion of inorganic salt, heavy metal ion, organic matter, colloid, bacteria, virus, etc through the pressure difference.
