    Creative Biogene Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamases (ESBLs) Producing Bacteria Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamases (ESBLs) Producing Bacteria in samples like sputum, wound excretion, food, stool, urine, C.S.F, pleural effusion, ascites, blood by using real time PCR systems. ESBLs are beta-lactamases that hydrolyze extended-spectrum cephalosporins with an oxyimino side chain. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamases (ESBLs) Producing Bacteria. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
