This system can achieve dynamic 3D suspension culture with 100% filling of culture medium, no bubbles, and low shear force, and can be used for simulating microgravity effects.
The system mainly consists of a controller, a host, and a matching RWV rotating wall culture container. When in use, the RWV rotating wall culture container is installed on the host and placed in a CO2 incubator. The equipment can work continuously in the incubator for no less than 30 days. Users can control it through a controller, and the SARC-G universal rotary cell culture system allows users to set and operate it through two methods: rotational speed and desired microgravity simulation level.
