    The DARC-P perfusion gravity environment simulation system is the first two axis 3D rotary cell culture system with the ability to continuously and automatically replenish and update the culture medium. DARC-P inherits all the advantages of the DARC-G universal gravity environment simulation system and provides continuous automatic replenishment and updating of the culture medium. It creatively combines microfluidic technology with ground microgravity simulation technology for the first time, helping users conduct life science research in space environments under simulated microgravity conditions on the ground. Suitable for simulating microgravity effects and continuous perfusion of culture medium to simulate blood flow inside blood vessels, studying the effect of liquid shear force on cells, the impact of blood flow inside blood vessels on organs such as cells, heart, lungs, etc. in outer space environment, microfluidic applications, and other scenarios.

     

    The products obtained from conventional 2D cultivation or static 3D cultivation often have significant differences from real living organisms, which is not conducive to later research. At the same time, in a normal gravity environment, the cell growth process is difficult to form multidimensional three-dimensional structures or multi-layer structures due to the influence of gravity, which leads to a lack of necessary and complex connections between cells, thereby affecting the expression of their performance.

     

    In addition, with the exploration and application of aerospace and space technology becoming increasingly widespread, it is particularly necessary to understand some characteristics of living organisms in the microgravity environment of space. At the same time, by conducting simulation studies of microgravity effects in the early stage, it can help optimize the plan of space experiments, thereby improving the success rate of experiments and saving costs after entering space.

     

    1、 Product features:

    1. Provide two operating modes: random variable speed rotation and constant speed rotation;

    2. Pre set 5 microgravity simulation modes, with a maximum cumulative simulation capacity of 10-3g;

    3. Pre set semi microgravity simulation mode, simulate 0.5g;

    4. Support speed adjustment and steering adjustment, with a minimum adjustment increment of no more than 0.1 RPM;

    5. Provide three control modes: preset mode, manual mode, and program mode;

    6. In program control mode, the system supports loop operation;

    7. Support scheduled appointment activation

    8. The system provides microgravity simulation function and can display real-time and average simulation results, as well as provide real-time and average simulation result curves for X, Y, and Z axes;

    The continuous perfusion speed of the culture medium can be adjusted;

    1. Cell adhesion culture, suspension culture, dynamic 3D culture, and microbial suspension culture, etc;
