Hly-GH2 can measure CO2 concentration, air temperature, leaf temperature, air humidity, leaf chamber humidity, photosynthetically active radiation intensity and other factors by open circuit measurement and closed circuit measurement, and calculate the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, stomatal conductance, water use efficiency and other indicators of plants.
