Packing

1. Use the thickened cartons; 

2. Thick foam board and buffer air bags are used to protect the instrument.

3. Use wooden cases made by the plywood outside the carton to further protect the instruments;

4. After the product is packed, we will carry out the package drop test to further ensure the safety of the instrument for long distance transportation.

Our service

Within One Year Warranty:

1. Free spare parts.

2. Send engineer to maintain (User pay the round-trip tickets).

3. Send the instrument back for maintenance (Both sides share the half freight).

Beyond One Year:

1. If there is any breakdown/damage resulting from misuse or out of warranty, the two sides should negotiate for the site & method of maintenance. Buyer is supposed to pay the expense.
