The protein encoded by GPRC5C（G protein-coupled receptor class C group 5 member C) is a member of the type 3 G protein-coupled receptor family. Members of this superfamily are characterized by a signature 7-transmembrane domain motif. The specific function of this protein is unknown; however, this protein may mediate the cellular effects of retinoic acid on the G protein signal transduction cascade. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for GPRC5C.

GPRC5C Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of GPRC5C protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:5000. Not yet tested in other applications.
