GPR15 encodes a G protein-coupled receptor that acts as a chemokine receptor for human immunodeficiency virus type 1 and 2. G-protein coupled receptor 15 localizes to the cell membrane.

GPR15 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of GPR15 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
