Probable G-protein coupled receptor 101 is a member of a family of proteins that contain seven transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins.

GPR101 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of GPR101 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:5000. Not yet tested in other applications.
