FOXB1 is a gene on chromosome 15q22 that encodes a member of the forkhead class of DNA-binding proteins, Forkhead box protein B1, which has sequence-specific distal enhancer binding RNA polymerase II transcription-factor activity. GO annotations related to this gene include transcription factor activity, sequence-specific DNA binding and RNA polymerase II transcription factor activity, sequence-specific DNA binding. An important paralog of this gene is FOXE3.

FoxB1/2 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of FoxB1/2 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, ELISA: 1:20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
