Cyclic nucleotide gated channel alpha 2 encoded by CNGA2 represents the alpha subunit of a cyclic nucleotide-gated olfactory channel. The encoded protein contains a carboxy-terminal leucine zipper that mediates channel formation.

CNG-2 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of CNG-2 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
