Application range:
This series of CO2 cell incubator is applied to growing biological cells, organisms and bacteria cutures in medical pharmaceutical, biochemical and agronomical reserach institutes as well as relevant industrial manufacture plants.
Structure characteristics.
Two optional structure: Water jacket sturcture and air jacket structure.
Operation room is made of endurance steel and is equpped with fan for complusive air convection in interal air passage, which enhances indoor temperature uniformity and balance CO2 density.
When the door is open, fan and heating stops automatically(for WJ-3, the CO2 inlet valve closed immediately), for reducing the pollution caused by air admission.
Temperature is controlled by a microchip processor with PID algorithm, of high precision and good anti-interference capability. It adopts three probes to control internal air temperautre, water temperature and door temperature, minimizing the temperature fluctuation in operation room. (there is two probes for air jacket, for controlling internal temperature and door temperature)
Touching button, for easy and flexible handle, adopts LED digital display with all fixed parameters for all relevant working states.
Multi-protective functions including overheating, water shortage and air supply cutting, etc, to ensure the safety of operation.
Adopts non-bacterial air filtering device and ultraviolet bacterial killing lamp to reduce pollution.
Maintain humidity in operation room by adopting natural evaporation.
WJ-2: Ratio of CO2 and air can be easily adjusted accordingly. Using glass rotor flow meter of direct-reading type with needle valve, which is small and aesthetic, the scale is accurate.
WJ-3 Adopts imported international first -class gilded infrared-wave probe for CO2 detecting, to ensure the accuracy of data. The using life of sensor is over 15 years. Can randomly set CO2 concentration in the operation room from 0 to 20%, which is controlled by micro-data analysis and intelligent PID control. Configuring super-concentrations, slow concentraion rising alarm and CO2 cut alarm.
