Vertical laminar air flow with negative pressure With a negative pressure in all ducts and plenum system, all particles will be returned to the negative pressure chamber and captured by main and exhaust filters even if a leak occurs in the sealing system.
ULPA filters It offers a filtration efficiency of 99.999% for the particle size of 0.1~0.2 mm that may be attached by bacteria and microorganism.
Safe protection for sample, user and environment Besides high performance ULPA filters, constant vertical air flows, negative pressure ducts, plenum system and multi-layer safety glass windows, the main filter extends over the entire working area and it is protected against damage by a steel grid. The equipment is working quietly (< 65 dB )
Easy to decontaminate and disinfect The working chamber of the Biology Safety Cabinet is easy to be cleaned and disinfected. The segmented stainless steel counter surface can be taken out for autoclaving. The front sliding window, which seals the working chamber, makes it possible to disinfect the equipment easily and to switch it off without danger. UV light can only be turned on when the front window is closed completely and the lighting lamp is turned off. It avoids the potential hazard to the operator from UV light.
Slim structure To make it easy to pass the door of the lab, HFsafe-760S has a "slim" structure ( 780 mm depth ). The air is circulated in the duct which is at the right side of the cabinet. It makes the cabinet more "thin" to pass through the door without any difficulty.
Weight-balanced front window A weight-balanced front window is equipped with the cabinet for easily opening. The window can be lifted at any position within the safe range. An acoustic alarm will be activated if the window is lifted too much over the safe range. Meanwhile, high quality explosion-proof glass is installed on the window for safe operation. Microprocessor control The unit is controlled by a microprocessor. A time counter of " Total Working Time" is showing the total working time of the unit. After 2000 hours of operation, the fan motor will increase the speed to ensure the vertical air flow at the speed of 0.3 m/s ¡À 20%.
Status of Filter The wind pressure difference before and after the filter is displayed by a strip bar of LED diodes. It works as an indicator of the product life of the filter, which reminds the user to exchange ULPA filter just on time. Furthermore, operators can turn on the fan, the lighting lamp and the UV light through a soft touch-pad control panel.
