Heal Force ® Air-jacketed CO2 Incubator HF90,HF240 (90°C Moist Heat Disinfection)
During daily applications, one of the most headache problems is called microorganism contamination inside the incubator chamber. To eliminate the contamination, normally people are using manual cleaning, UV light disinfection (as HF 151UV and HF 212UV), or HEPA filter filtration. However, none of them can offer a complete solution to eliminate contamination. Now, HF90/HF240 CO2 incubator can be a new solution.
CO2 Incubator 90°C Moist Heat Disinfection HF90/HF240 is equipped with a new function called 90°C Moist Heat Disinfection. By pressing the button of "90°C" on the control panel, the incubator will carry on a complete circle of disinfection procedure. The incubator will increase the chamber temperature up to 90°C and maintain it for 9 hours. The humidity inside the chamber will be above 80%. Then it will recover to the working parameters in about 14 hours (depending on the environment temperature). All the accessories inside the chamber like the CO2 sensor, fan and shelves are heat-resistant. The customer just need to take out the culture flasks or dishes, and the disinfection procedure will be done automatically.
The results of 90°C Moist Heat Disinfection procedure is tested strictly according to international standards. The germ, Bacillus subtilis varietas niger spore (ATCC 9372), which is recommended for official sterilization by Ph. Eur. 97, 5.1.2 and USP 23.(3), was employed for test the result of 90°C Moist Heat Disinfection function. In average, 5.5 x 105 cfu/sample was distributed on all the surfaces of the chamber. After the disinfection procedure, all the sample areas are tested as negative and the elimination rate is 100%. The result is approved by Chinese Government Laboratory.
CO2 Incubator Microprocessor control All control functions and date are controlled and monitored by a microprocessor. If a failure happens, the microprocessor will give out warning message and " Error Code " messages.
CO2 Incubator Precise CO2 control Based on the proven thermal-conductivity testing method, a reliable CO2 measuring sensor is installed to measure and control the concentration of CO2 gas in the chamber, which ensures long-term stability of PH-values, even in the lower CO2 range.
CO2 Incubator Heating system Unique direct heating and air jacket system maintains the inner chamber at a constant and stable temperature. This allows our incubators to operate under a perfect temperature / humidity environment and to maintain appropriate osmotic pressure in cells. The inner chamber is surrounded by a layer of insulation material, which prevents the incubator''s temperature from dropping too fast during a certain case of power failure. The out door of the unit is also heated and can be switched off separately if necessary. Also, it eliminates condensation on the interior glass door.
CO2 Incubator Reliable temperature control High grade temperature sensor is made of platinum ( Pt1000 ) , together with the micro-processor controller ensures accurate and reliable temperature measurement and controlling. Thus, HF 151UV and HF 212UV can offer a reliable temperature control within the control range from RT +5 ²°C to 50²°C. Even more, an independent temperature sensor for over-temperature protection is installed for double controlling. It will take over the temperature controlling function if the main temperature controller fails.
