Operate Your Own
Our facility is available for your team to use for research and development or small lot production. Bring your product and containers and use our lyophilizers to dry your product or to develop an optimum freeze drying protocol. The advantage of operating your own equipment is full control of the process while learning the details required to transfer the process to your facility.We’re happy to provide training and support to maximize your value.

If you already have a freeze drying protocol, we can run the freeze drying cycle for you.
Protocol Development
To save you time and effort, we can develop a lyophilization cycle for you based on the critical temperature of the product.

Our lab is setup with remote log-in capability and a web cam to allow you and your team to remotely monitor the process.

Protocol Optimization
Our control systems offer advanced protocol optimization capability, using our patent pending Opti-Dry Auto™ software. Opti-Dry Auto™ is a freeze drying optimization package that generates a base line protocol based upon user input of product information and then dynamically controls the process. The freeze dryer automatically adjusts the shelf temperature to maximize the sublimation rate and to minimize the freeze drying time while keeping the product below its critical temperature. It automatically detects the end of primary drying and advances to secondary drying. Either a conservative or aggressive profile can be chosen to optimize the cycle. To further enhance the process, a melting monitoring subsystem is available.
Third Party Consulting
Customer will be assisted by a Millrock Technology selected 3rd party protocol development specialist while operating Millrock Technology freeze drying equipment.
Filling and Capping
We can fill and cap your vials for small batch production. You can supply the vials/caps or we will provide them for you.
Training
Training for equipment and Opti-Dry Auto processes is available.
