All Steel Central Laboratory Bench/Table

Laboratory table top uses solid core physiochemical board or epoxy resin table-board, cabinet body adopts 18mm thickness melamine faced board, edge sealed by 2mm thickness PVC. With reasonable structure, good load-bearing, flexible to assemble, easy to maintain and convenient to install and transport, it is the best choice for middle level and high level laboratory. The steel frames are all pickled and phosphorized and coated with epoxy resin powder, making the frame exquisitely appeared and corrosion resistant.

1. Table top: adopting 12.7mm thickness solid core physiochemical board, the fringe is thickened to 25.4mm, edgewise double layer circular, acid-base resistance, water resistance, anti-static, easy to wash.
2. Cabinet body: adopting 1.2mm thickness high quality cold-roll steel board, after treatment of pickling phosphating, epoxy resin stoving varnish. With reasonable structure, good load-bearing, flexible to assemble, easy to maintain and convenient to install and transport, it is the best choice for middle and high grade laboratories.
3. Door and drawer panel: adopt 1-1.2mm cold-roll steel board, treated pickling phosphating, epoxy resin electrostatics powder coatings.
4. Clapboard: 1-1.2mm cold-roll steel board, treated pickling phosphating, epoxy resin electrostatics powder coatings.
5. Soceket: adopt Brand 220V/10A multifunctional socket.
6. Handle: adopting C type stainless steel handle, strong solid and elegant appearance.
7. Slideway: adopting three section ball slide rail from German Hailis, no noise and easy slide, high strength burden and can not be deformed.
8. Hinge: adopting German Hailis high quality steel hinges for lab use, opening angles reach to 90°, no noise, no springback, high strength and can not be broken.
9. Test Flume(optional): adopting 6mm thickness integrative  water flume made of  PP material, resistant to acid-base.
10. Test water faucet(optional) adopting steeliness three outlet white/gray water faucets, the water faucet is nozzle tip type, high head, single mouth 360° rotation, is convenient for the multipurpose use, user dismantle it to clean the blocking. Has the slow pressure function; the surface has epoxy resin spray coating, ceramic valve core; the outlet is dismountable, with formation thread inside, which is convenient to special water pipe.
11. Dropping water device (optional): adopting PP water container, has function of blocking stink and prevent pipe blocking, and is easy to dismantled and maintained.
12. Two layers of reagent rack: upright column adopts high quality Shanghai Baosteel square steel sections welding molding, spec is 50*100, surface is coated with epoxy resin powder, firm structure, anti-corrosion and elegant appearance.
13.  Reagent rack laminate: adopting 8mm thickness single side scrubs high quality tempered glass, all around rim treatment, slick and not easy to hurt the hand. Equipped with glass supporting board and steel plate bending hook. It is free to adjust the height according to comfortable requests; edge is equipped with Ø12mm stainless steel pipe in order to prevent reagent bottle drop. elegant appearance and useful.
