Features
Workop: use 12.7mm thick phenolic resin(solid core physiochemical)board, all surrounding edges/fringes are double-thickened to 25.4mm, anti-static, waterproof, easy to clean, strong load-bearing, chemical (90% strong acid and alkali)corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance of 180 ℃, good scratch resistance, beautiful and smooth without hurting hands.
epoxy resin board, ceramic board, stainless steel sheet or marble is optional.

Cabinet Body: use fixed type box cabinet to support the worktop directly.
Door, Drawer, Baffle(removable panels) and the whole cabinet body is made of 1.2mm thick galvanized steel sheet, with surface treated by pickling and phosphating, and electrostatic coated by epoxy resin powder, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, with stable structure and strong bearing capacity.
Optional: the knee space(leg room) design for people to sit.
- Slide Rail: use 3- section rolling ball slide rail, light smooth and no noise when slide, high strength and not deformed after long term load, can be used normally more than 100/50,000 times.
- Hinge: use damping hinge, with opening angle is 90° or 110°, and it can be closed automatically without noise, no spring back, high strength and can not easily be broken, open-close can reach 100/50,000 times at least.
-Handle: generally use integrative bent type handle, strong and elegant appearance.
embedded type or U type alum-alloy handle and or U type stainless steel handle are available.

  Material: high density PP made, resistant to most chemicals, strong corrosion resistance;
  Wall thickness: 5mm, up to 7mm, flat and non-deformation. 
• Water Tap/Faucet /Test Nozzle
  Thick brass, high gloss thick epoxy resin powder; resistant to most chemicals, corrosive and heat resistance, anti ultraviolet radiation, non-toxics and safety.
  Ceramic valve headwork: sealed structure, can be used for 500000 times without any leakage;
  Nozzle: detachable, anti-splash bubbler is optional.
  Switch: high grade PP knob, ergonomic design, feel comfortable, easy to operate.
• Pegboard/Drip Rack/ Drying Rack
  Material: high grade PP, stainless steel is available.

  Type: single faced or double faced, there are drain holes in the middle of the bottom tray, and the pegs(drip rods) can be detachable, easy to use.

•  Two/Three-layer Reagent Rack:
  Upright column: use high quality steel sections welding molding, spec is 50*100, surface is coated with epoxy resin powder, firm structure, anti-corrosion and elegant appearance; there is 1 socket per column.                                                                                                                                                  Reagent rack shelf: use 5-10mm thick single side frosting high quality tempered glass.
  all around rim treatment, smooth and not easy to hurt the hands.
  Other Fittings:
  Equipped with glass support arm, which make user freely adjust the height according to comfortable requests.
  The shelf edge is equipped with Ø12mm stainless steel stop rods in order to prevent reagent utensil drop, elegant appearance and useful.

Packaging&Shipping
Because the Gross Weight and Dimension are big, generally the lab benches, fume hoods or lab cabinets are going to be shipped by Sea;

They would be packed in cartons (FCL Ccean shipping) or plywood cases(LCL Ccean shipping) in assembled or disassembled state.

The Zambia customer only 1 guy, who ordered 13 fume hoods 1600*850*2350mm, and another 40 ones are under discussion, just wait for the goverment prodecure, will be confirmed soon.
We have further discussion for future cooperation like warehouse for our lab furniture, and they company will pay a visit again next year.

Zimbabwe Customer Visit
who ordered six lab fume hoods 1200*850*2350mm (also 2 emergency shower eye washes and 40 water taps)as trial order, they came to check the goods before shipping.
The coming sample order: island bench 3000*1500*850mm and wall bench 1500*750*850mm &wall cabinet 1500*350*600mm intended for their showing room.
And we both hope to extend our products to Zimbabwe and countries nearby, and the sole distribution agreement under discussion.
