    quantity:
    description:
Whether operating standalone with the handheld control module or as part of an Agilent ChemStation-controlled HPLC system, the binary pump is designed for top performance high-pressure mixing. It is the pump of choice for reproducible gradients at low flow rates. The 1100 Series binary pump has an optional programmable solvent selection valve which combines two out of four solvents for utmost flexibility and increased convenience, for example when flushing the Column.
    Features
Lowest volume capillary connections - two dual-piston, in-series pumps in one housing for a minimum of bench space and lowest internal and external volume. Only 180 - 480 µl internal volume (without mixer).

Low flow - starting at typically 50 µl/min for reproducible gradients at low flow with solvent degassing.

Reliable design - with electronically-controlled active inlet-valves for flow rates up to 5.0 ml/min, the pump is also ideally suited to standard-bore chromatography. Floating pistons with path-of-least-resistance principle ensures highest seal lifetime.

    category name:HPLC Pumps
    item:Agilent 1100 Series Capillary Pump
    vendor:Agilent Technologies
    catalog number:G1382A
    quantity:
    description:
Flow rate stability is assured through electronic flow control (EFC), that measures and controls the actual flow rate, rather than depending on calculations.

    • Flow rates – from 1 µl/min up to 100 µl/min, with full gradient capability for capillary LC and 2.5 ml min in standard mode for a wide range of flexibility
    • Retention time stability – independent from column back pressure for maximum performance
    • Accurate flow rates – even with solvent mixtures
Column flow precision: < 0.7 % RSD or 0.03 SD, whatever is greater (typically < 0.4 % RSD or 0.02 SD)
    Settable column flow range: 0.01 – 20 µl/min, 0.01 – 100 µl/min (with extended flow range kit)

    category name:HPLC Pumps
    item:Agilent 1100 Series Isocratic Pump
    vendor:Agilent Technologies
    catalog number:G1310A
    quantity:
    description:
HPLC workhorse for demanding QA/QC needs

An optimized design ensures virtually pulse-free and stable solvent flow, with dual floating pistons in series, precisely servo-controlled. This delivery principle allows variable stroke volume optimized to selected flow rate. An inlet-valve electronically activated and synchronized to piston stroke - eliminates vapor formation with volatile solvent and is maintenance free.

    Features

Ease-of-use - hand-held control module lets you enter operating parameters fast, store methods easily and display pressure profile, diagnostics and task-oriented information.

Robust materials withstand most demanding applications - stainless steel, titanium, gold, ruby, sapphire, ceramics, PEEK and PTFE ensure long lifetime. Seal wash option for high salt mobile phases keeps maintenance to a minimum for lower operation costs.

Wide flow range - up to 10 ml/min for broad HPLC work, including semipreparative separations.

More help for GLP - built-in leak test with graphical presentation of pressure profiles, and early maintenance feedback.

    category name:HPLC Pumps
    item:Agilent 1100 Series Preparative Pump
    vendor:Agilent Technologies
    catalog number:G1361A
    quantity:
    description:
Perfect for scale-up work, for typical preparative HPLC and for purity checks.

    • Flow rates up to 100 ml/ min at 400 bar without the need to change pump heads
    • Extremely low internal volumes in pump heads, valves, capillary connections and valves allow fast gradients over a wide flow range
    • Two pumps combined to provide excellent and precise gradient formation
    Precision: < 0.5 % RSD in range from 5 ml/min to 100 ml/min
    Settable flow range: 0.001 to 100 ml/min

    category name:HPLC Pumps
    item:Agilent 1100 Series Quaternary Pump
    vendor:Agilent Technologies
    catalog number:G1354A
    quantity:
    description:
Excellent low pressure mixing up to four solvents

The optimized design of the 1100 Series quaternary pump ensures virtually pulse-free and stable solvent flow, with dual floating pistons in series, precisely servo-controlled. This design with variable stroke volume allows pulse-free solvent delivery and efficient mixing. An inlet-valve electronically activated and synchronized to piston stroke - eliminates vapor formation with volatile solvents and is maintenance free. With high-speed proportioning valve and pre-configured vacuum degasser, for convenient low-pressure mixing of up to four solvents and highest flexibility in solvent choices.
