               465 ml of Basal Medium

                 25 ml of Qualified Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

                   5 ml of Human Adipose-derived Stem Cell Supplement (HADSCS)

                   5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S)

    ★ Product Description

          Human Adipose-derived Stem Cell Growth Medium(HADSC-GM)contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals and pre-selected Fetal Bovine Serum and other supplements. The product is suitable for culturing human adipose-derived stem Cells. The product is strictly aseptic without any contamination of virus or mycoplasma, and exhibits stable performance. By using this medium, human adipose-derived stem cells can be quickly expanded with minimal differentiation.

    ★ Instructions for use

    1.  Prior to use, thaw the Qualified FBS and penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S) overnight at 2 to 8 ℃.

    2.  Add the above thawed solutions to the Basal Medium, gently swirl the bottle to ensure the mixture homogeneity.

    3.  Thaw Human Adipose-derived Stem Cell Supplement (HADSCS) in water bath (37℃) and then add it into the above mixture to make the complete medium.

    4.  Store the complete medium in the dark at 4℃.

    ★ Product Use

         This product is for laboratory research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.

    ★ Storage Condition

        Basal Medium should be stored at 4℃, while HADSCS, FBS and P/S solution should be stored in the dark at -20℃.
