1.Pump head housing material – PPS(polyphenylene sulfide)
PPS material owns high molding accuracy and perfect rigidity. This kind of pump head bears long-term running under strong load and transfers fluid with high precision. It has high temperature resistance and perfect corrosion resistance, especially in the strong chemical corrosion resistance, like organic solvent, etc.
2.Rollers material – 304# stainless steel
Not easy to rust. Corrosion resistance, high health grade and low repair rate reduce the maintaining cost.
3.Suitable for different tubing sizes ensure reaching the same transferring accuracy in the different flow rates, 0.5% - 1%.
YZ1515x pump head is suitable for seven kinds of tubing, such as 13#, 14#, 19#, 16#, 25#, 17#, 18#.
Flow rate: 0.035 – 2280ml/min, widely using.
YZ2515X pump head is suitable for two kinds of tubing, such as 15#, 24#.
Flow rate: 0.085– 1740ml/min, usually using in the situations of suction lift and pump lift.
When peristaltic pumps are working on normal conditions, fluid is flowing only inside the tubing, which is one of the main features. However, tubing is gradually aging and even breaching because of long time friction or erosion from the transfer fluid. Once erosive fluid leaks from the tubing, pump head is the first to get eroded. Plastic housing of pump head whose materials are resistant to erosion crack a lot, which interrupts manufacture, research and teaching and causes great unnecessary loss. Plastic housing made of PPS-materials put an end to this and stop the trouble.
