Running parameters and controls:
(1) Control and display of the rotating speed of the drum;
(2) Control and display of the rotating speed of the screw;
(3) Display of the currents of the main
and auxiliary motors;
(4) Overload protection and interlock protection for all electrical components.
This machine adopts the power-saving control technology of the common DC bus. During normal operation, the auxiliary motor is in a power generation state,and the electric energy is fed back to the main frequency converter and utilized by the main motor, which can reduce the running energy consumption and achieve an energy-saving effect.
