LWS decanter separator is suitable for plant oil,( such as palm oil, coconut oil, olive oil separation ,) animal oil(such as fish oil, restaurant garbage ect) coal tar dehydration and slag,adapted to the different viscosity and water content in coal tar separation (emulsion), after separating the tar reach national standard.ADVANTAGES:
1. Two motor, two frequency inverter drive system, realize differential speed stepless regulation and energy return.
2.Spiral stoker blades: Surfacing welding tungsten carbide grinding.
3.Drum cone cylinder material outlet: Replaceable wear resistant, corrosion resistant ceramic alloy bushing.
4.Main bearing: Sweden Japan
5. Main sealing parts: Taiwan SOG, material is Nitrile butadiene rubber
6. Electrical protection: overload, phase loss, torque protection
7. Main and vice inverter use common DC bus, vice motor's function is generating electricity ( save electricity)
8. PLC remote control.
Operating principle:
3phase liquid-liquid-solid Decanter centrifuges, also called tricanter , Taking advantage of the principle that the heavy
liquid,light liquid and solid phase, with different density and mutually insoluble in the mixed liquid, gain different
sedimentation speed in the centrifugal force field or gravity force field, separating stratification or causing the solid
particles in the liquid to deposit can be achieved.It is the popular machine throughout the world and widely used in the crude oil separation.Specially used for remove sludge and water from crude oil.
