Test Procedure

Before using this reagent, you must read the instructions of the reagent carefully, and perform the relevant operations in strict accordance with the instructions of the reagent, otherwise reliable results cannot be guaranteed.

1. Prepare

Before testing, return the test card and sample to room temperature (15°C ~30°C). It is recommended to unpack the aluminum foil bag after returning to room temperature, and use it as soon as possible within 1 hour to prevent the test card from getting wet. Turn on the fluorescence immunoassay analyzer.

2. Card reading

Check whether the batch number of the ID card and the kit are consistent. Place the ID card on the labeled position of the fluorescence immunoassay analyzer and read the calibration curve.

3. Add sample

Take 100 μL serum/plasma, 150 μL whole blood sample, add it to the test card sample well, the stopwatch starts timing, and leave it at room temperature for 15min.

4. Detection

Insert the test card into the reaction plate slot of the fluorescence immunoassay analyzer, make sure that the test card is inserted in the correct direction and push it in completely, press the test button, and the instrument will automatically scan the test card. 5. Read/print results

Read/print the test results from the display screen of the fluorescence immunoassay analyzer.

6. Remove the used test card and dispose of it as a potentially biohazardous item.
