Intended Use

Test Procedure

Please read this instruction carefully before use.

1.Place the test card on a clean and level surface. Sample to be tested at room temperature.

2.For Serum / Plasma Specimens / Whole Blood Specimens:

Transfer 10μL serum / plasma / whole blood to the sample well of the card, then add 60μL (approximately 2 drops) of buffer, and start the timer.

3.For rash exudate / nasal swab / throat swab samples:

1) Insert a nozzle with filter into the sample extraction tube tightly. 2) Reverse the sample extraction tube, and add 2 drops sample by squeezing the extracted solution tube into the sample window. 3) Wait for colored line(s) to appear. Interpret the test results in 15 minutes. Do not read results after 20 minutes.

Note: If the pouch is opened beyond an hour before use, the sensitivity of the test will be impacted.

Specimens can also be applied using a micropipette.

4. The result should be read in 15 minutes.
