    HiPrep Desalting is a serial of convenient, easy-to-use column prepacked 8,27,45,70,100,150,180,220,318,580 ml columns with Sephadex G-25 Fine for desalting and buffer exchange.
    • Provide reliable and reproducible desalting and buffer exchange with sample sizes of up to 175 ml sample per column.
    • Replaces dialysis for desalting and therefore saves time and reduces labor.
    • Compatible with a laboratory pump or chromatography system such as ÄKTA design or equivalents.
    • Two or four columns can be used in series for sample sizes of 300 to 600 ml.
