Pen MEAs
These electrode arrays are typically arranged as 32, 36 and 64 grids for recording electrical signals. Obtained signals will be amplified by a filter amplifier and sent to
a data acquisition computer. MappingLab offers microelectrodes with different sizes to match the size of samples. They are applicable to record electrical activation
and excitation of perfused cardiac tissues in chamber or a whole heart from mouse, rat, Guinea pig, rabbit, sheep and dog in vivo and ex vivo. It can be stably
mounted on the ball-joint holder to probe the samples from multiple angles. They are suitable to measure direction and velocity of conduction system as well as
to monitor electrical activities from cultured pacing tissues. More excitedly, they can be used in drug testing and safety.

Clamp MEAs
The clamp MEAs is designed to simultaneously measure field potentials from the epicardium and endocardium of large animals such as sheep, dog, and pig. It
consists of two identical arrays which are mirrored to each other. The distance between two arrays can be manually adjusted to match the thickness of the
transmural myocardial wall.
Features
Electrode material: Ag
Electrode diameter: 100 μm
Number of electrodes: 32+32, 64+64 and 128+128
Electrode layout grid: 6 x 6, 8 x 8, 8 x 16
Flexible MEAs
The flexible MEAs are gold or silver wires embedded in polyimide (PI) film with a thickness of 0.01mm to 0.1mm. Due to its adhesive and stretchable nature of
polyimide, one of the advantages of using flexible MEAs is to have a close contact between the tissue and the electrodes, therefore, it makes them a perfect candidate for in vivo studies in heart and brain.
Flat Cross MEAs
Cat.36-0364
This Flat Cross MEAs can cover more different areas of cardiac tissues including sinoatrial node, atrioventricular node, atrial preparations, ventricular preparations. It is applicable to different size of animal species such as mouse, rat, rabbit, guinea pig, dog and goat. It can be customized on demand.
Features
Up to 256 channels.
Higher spatial resolution.
Golden or silver electrode.
Customized size, layouts, and embedding materials
Flat MEAs
Cat.36-0164
This thin soft MEAs is especially suitable for in vivo and ex vivo electrophysiological studies on ventricular surface either from small or large animals such as mouse, rat, rabbit, guinea pig, dog and goat. The flat MEAs is almost like a wearable device can be easily molded onto the moisturized epicardium.
Features
Up to 256 channels.
Golden or silver electrode.
Higher spatial resolution.
Customized size, layouts and embedding materials.
In vivo Flat Electrode
Cat.36-0264
Size matters when it comes to experiments. The top one is applicable to small samples such as sinoatrial node, atrioventricular node, atria and ventricles isolated from mouse, rat, rabbit, guinea pig, dog and goat. The bottom one is not only for the in vivo study area where the probe is difficult to approach, e.g. posterior of ventricles.; but also for the studies on the ventricular epicardium from the larger animals such as sheep, pig and dog.
Features
Up to 256 channels.
Golden or silver electrode.
Higher spatial resolution.
Customized size, layouts and embedding materials.
