Magnetic silica beads are specifically designed for DNA&RNA extraction and purification. There are numbers of silicon hydroxyl group.Under the condition of high salt\low pH, the Magnetic Beads specifically binding the DNA&RNA without protein and other substrates which interfering Polymerase Chain Reaction by Hydrophobic effect\Hydrogen bonding\Electrostatic interaction. In this method, we creat automatic platform for mass of samples and clinical specimens.

Note:
Resuspend the beads thoroughly for a few minutes during usage.
The beads cannot be frozen, centrifugal and dry, otherwise it will affect the usage result.
The usage of magnetic beads normally was 10-20 μl each test, adding optimal amount of absolute ethyl alcohol. The ethyl alcohol’s volume must more than half of the total volume.
