Creative Biogene Ebola Virus (EBOV) Real Time RT-PCR Kitis used for the detection of EBOV in serum(non-heparin anticoagulant), body fluid, or urine sample by using real time PCR systems. Ebola virus is one of six known viruses within the genus Ebolavirus. Four of the six known ebolaviruses, including EBOV, cause a severe and often fatal hemorrhagic fever in humans and other mammals, known as Ebola virus disease (EVD). The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the EBOV. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
