TAF7L (TATA-Box Binding Protein Associated Factor 7 Like) is similar to a mouse gene that encodes a TATA box binding protein-associated factor, and shows testis-specific expression. The encoded protein could be a spermatogenesis-specific component of the DNA-binding general transcription factor complex TFIID. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for TAF7L. TAF7L is a Protein Coding gene. Diseases associated with TAF7L include Mohr-Tranebjaerg Syndrome. Among its related pathways are Formation of HIV elongation complex in the absence of HIV Tat and HIV Life Cycle.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB 1:500-2000 ELISA 1:5000-20000.
