The Aquarius Stationary Vial Filler eliminates tedious, repetitive pipette filling of vials in trays.The Aquarius Stationary Vial Filler offers extreme flexibility in filling vials from 2 ml to 100 ml as well as micro-titer plates and other freeze dryable vessels.Using a single use dispensing system sterility is maintained while eliminating possible cross contamination.

Programmable recipes are based on vial size, vial fill and vial pattern. Fill accuracy is based on the syringe and chosen needle. Output speeds may vary according to the nature of the product and fill volumes. Fill speed is greater than 5 ml/sec.The system is supplied with three pre-programmed recipes based customer requirements are included.

Control System

A PC based control system is included, providing execution of saved programs and generation of new programs.During operation the screen shows the system progress. Luer Lock Syringes Metal hub (nickel plated brass) needles can be used with TLL syringes and LT or TLL connectors. The needles are 304 stainless steel (sst.). Kel-F hub (KF) needles can be used with Luer Tip (LT) and PTFE Luer Lock (TLL) syringes and connectors.
