The space between layers of platforms for upright incubator shakers can be adjusted according to the height of flasks used. The sliding platform design for bench top and stackable incubator shakers facilitates access and handling of samples. All platforms are threaded for easy attachment of flask holders and surface treated for durability and easy cleaning.

Specially manufactured brushless DC motors provide high torque with features such as low noise level, stable running speeds and minimal maintenance.

Transflow blower is utilized to provide high air circulation rates with high static pressure, low noise and long operation life span.

All models of IncuShakers have alarms and built-in protection systems to detect several parameters such as over-limit running temperature, sensor malfunction, electrical leakage, overloaded cooling and etc.
Standard Features
● Easy Operation Mode
In this mode, regular operation is achieved with a single touch for most standard experiments.
● Programmable Mode
Multiple sections (up to 6 sections) can be programmed into a single program. Each section can have its own parameters such as temperature, shaking speed, and duration. The program can be stored for future use.
● Precise Temperature Control and Uniform Temperature Distribution
This feature (check tables for each model) ensures consistent experimental conditions and repeatability.
● Wide Range of Operation Period
Each operation can be timed within a range of 0 to 999 hours. The units provide audio and visual alarms after each timed operation is complete.
● Controlled Gentle Acceleration during Operation Start-Up
This feature ensures samples in flasks do not spill out.
● Adjustable Shaking Amplitude
The shaking diameter can be adjusted in some models to allow different levels of aeration to be achieved depending on experimental requirements.
● Over Temperature Alarm
The audio and visual alarm is activated if the temperature deviates from the programmed setup point by±3oC.
● Instant Display for Malfunction
Should the unit malfunctions, the LED displays its running status and courses of problem.
● Automatic Recovery from Electrical Break
The system records running status and parameters even in the event of an electrical break. Recovery is automatic and continues with pre-recorded parameters when electrical power is restored.
● Open Door Protection
The operation run is automatically stopped while door (lid) is open.
