Ⅰ、Brief Introduction
China International Scientific Instrument and Laboratory Equipment Exhibition (CISILE). sponsored by Instrument Manufacturers Association (CIMA), and Supported by China Machinery Industry Federation; China Association for Instrumental Analysis; China Educational Instrument & Equipment Association has been Asia’s top scientific show in China.
The 11th CISILE (CISILE 2013) will be held on May 15-17, 2013 at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing, the capital of China. With a total floor area more than 25,000m2.exhibiting newly developed analytical and testing instrumentation, optical instrumentation, laboratory equipment, measuring instrumentation, specialized instrumentation and chemical reagents from all over the world. Meanwhile, technical seminars and business talks will be held simultaneously.

1. CISILE 2013 Booth Rates
Standard booth: US$3,500 for 9 square meters
Corner booth: US$3,850 for 9 square meters with two sides open
Raw space: US$350 per square meters
Note:
A. The standard booth and corner booth rate includes fascia sign (Chinese-English), 2 spotlights, 1 information table, 1 square table, 2 chairs, 1 wastepaper basket, 1 fusible socket with 400W/220V power supply,{clapboard( height: 250cm, height limit: 246cm)}.
B. Exhibitors renting raw space must pay all costs associated with the fit-out of the booth.
2. Meeting fee: 100USD/person, including presents, dinner, lunch, drink, hotel reservation and coach/flight booking etc.

Ⅶ、Procedure:
1. Units with an intention to attend the meeting should fill in and seal the “Participation contract” with official seal and mail or fax it to the committee;
2. Participating units should transfer to relevant expenses required to the appointed account by the committee within 10 days after signing up;
3. Arrangement of booth is subject to the sequence in signing up, payment. The committee holds the right to adjust a small amount of booths;
4. The committee will issue exhibition guide 15 days before the commence of exhibition about transportation of exhibits, acceptance, registration and accommodation
