ABHD6 belongs to the alpha/beta hydrolase superfamily. It is highly expressed in mammalian brain and catalyzes the hydrolysis of the endocannabinoid 2-arachidonoyl glycerol (2-AG).

ABHD6 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ABHD6 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:20000. Not yet tested in other applications.
