ABHD2 encodes a protein(abhydrolase domain containing 2) containing an alpha/beta hydrolase fold, which is a catalytic domain found in a very wide range of enzymes. The function of this protein has not been determined. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants encoding the same protein.

ABHD2 Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ABHD2 protein.

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:40000. Not yet tested in other applications.
