CTNND1 encodes a member(catenin delta 1) of the Armadillo protein family, which function in adhesion between cells and signal transduction. Multiple translation initiation codons and alternative splicing result in many different isoforms being translated. Not all of the full-length natures of the described transcript variants have been determined. Read-through transcription also exists between CTNND1 and the neighboring upstream thioredoxin-related transmembrane protein 2 (TMX2) gene.
Phospho-p120 (Y228) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of p120 protein only when phosphorylated at Y228.
Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:2000, IHC-p: 1:100-1:300, IF: 1:200-1:1000, ELISA: 1:10000. Not yet tested in other applications.
