PXN encodes a cytoskeletal protein (paxillin) involved in actin-membrane attachment at sites of cell adhesion to the extracellular matrix (focal adhesion). Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for PXN.These isoforms exhibit different expression pattern, and have different biochemical, as well as physiological properties (PMID:9054445).
The Abbkine Paxillin (phospho Tyr31) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and detects endogenous levels of Paxillin protein only when phosphorylated at Y31. The antibody has been validaed in WB, IHC-P, ELISA and reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat samples.
Abbkine supplies below price/size: $100/30μl, $220/100μl, $360/200μl of Rabbit Anti-Paxillin (phospho Tyr31) Polyclonal Antibody at https://www.abbkine.com/product/paxillin-phospho-tyr31-polyclonal-antibody-abp50394.
