FOXO1 belongs to the forkhead family of transcription factors which are characterized by a distinct forkhead domain. The specific function of FOXO1 has not yet been determined; however, it may play a role in myogenic growth and differentiation. Translocation of this gene with PAX3 has been associated with alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma.
The Abbkine FoxO1 (phospho Ser319) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and detects endogenous levels of FoxO1 protein only when phosphorylated at S319. The antibody has been validaed in WB, IHC-P, ELISA and reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat samples.
Abbkine supplies below price/size: $100/30μl, $220/100μl, $360/200μl of Rabbit Anti-FoxO1 (phospho Ser319) Polyclonal Antibody at https://www.abbkine.com/product/foxo1-phospho-ser319-polyclonal-antibody-abp50316.
