Mitogen-activated protein kinase 3 encoded by MAPK3 is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases, also known as extracellular signal-regulated kinases (ERKs), act in a signaling cascade that regulates various cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and cell cycle progression in response to a variety of extracellular signals. This kinase is activated by upstream kinases, resulting in its translocation to the nucleus where it phosphorylates nuclear targets. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different protein isoforms have been described.
The Abbkine ERK 1/2 (phospho Thr202) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and detects endogenous levels of ERK 1/2 protein only when phosphorylated at T202. The antibody has been validaed in WB, IF, IHC-P, ELISA and reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat samples.
Abbkine supplies below price/size: $100/30μl, $220/100μl, $360/200μl of Rabbit Anti-ERK 1/2 (phospho Thr202) Polyclonal Antibody at https://www.abbkine.com/product/erk-1-2-phospho-thr202-polyclonal-antibody-abp50309.
