Docking protein 2 encoded by DOK2 is constitutively tyrosine phosphorylated in hematopoietic progenitors isolated from chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) patients in the chronic phase. It may be a critical substrate for p210 (bcr/abl), a chimeric protein whose presence is associated with CML. Docking protein 2 binds p120 (RasGAP) from CML cells.
The Abbkine Dok-2 (phospho Tyr299) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and detects endogenous levels of Dok-2 protein only when phosphorylated at Y299. The antibody has been validaed in WB, IF, ELISA and reacts with Human, Mouse, Monkey samples.
Abbkine supplies below price/size: $100/30μl, $220/100μl, $360/200μl of Rabbit Anti-Dok-2 (phospho Tyr299) Polyclonal Antibody at https://www.abbkine.com/product/dok-2-phospho-tyr299-polyclonal-antibody-abp50300.
