Docking protein 1 encoded by DOK1 is part of a signal transduction pathway downstream of receptor tyrosine kinases. Docking protein 1 is a scaffold protein that helps form a platform for the assembly of multiprotein signaling complexes. Several transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for DOK1.
The Abbkine Dok-1 (phospho Tyr362) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and detects endogenous levels of Dok-1 protein only when phosphorylated at Y362. The antibody has been validaed in WB, IF, ELISA and reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat samples.
Abbkine supplies below price/size: $100/30μl, $220/100μl, $360/200μl of Rabbit Anti-Dok-1 (phospho Tyr362) Polyclonal Antibody at https://www.abbkine.com/product/dok-1-phospho-tyr362-polyclonal-antibody-abp50299.
