2′-O-methyl RNA:2′-O-methyl RNA is a useful RNA analog that is resistant to degradation by single-stranded ribonucleases. To include a 2’ O-methyl modification in your RNA sequence, simply place a lowercase "m" in front of the base; for example, mAmGmCmU.

Technical Notes:
Generally for RNA oligos, 1 OD260 ≈ 100/x nanomoles, where x is the length of the oligos in bases. For the average 20mer RNA oligo, 1 OD = 5 nmoles. Actual nanomoles per OD varies with sequence composition.
