    HRP Enzyme Stabilizer
    I. Description
    The labels (enzyme labeled antibodies, antigen, peptides, etc.) for Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) are unstable in low concentration, and extremely easy to lose activity. HRP enzyme stabilizer contains several kinds of HRP stabilizing agents, which have strong protection effect on HRP enzyme labeled reagents, maintaining the stability of diluted HRP enzyme reagents in extremely low concentration (ng level) at room temperature for at least 12 months and having good protective effect on the conjugate of both antibodies and antigens. Better protective effects can be achieved with co-action of low concentration BSA (1-2mg/ml). Contrast tests show that this product is better to various extents than many imported products, including Peroxidase Stabilizing Buffer from Sigmas, Guardian Peroxidase Conjugate Stabilizer from Pierce, and HRP Conjugate Stabilizer from Biodesign. The price of this Product is fairly competitive and can be used by ELISA manufacturers in large batches.

    III. Quality Standards
    Each lot of this Product is subject to strict quality inspection. Firstly, prepare enzyme dilution solution containing this product of 1x concentrations, and then do acceleration stabilizing tests at 47℃. Dilute HRP labeled HBsAg antibody at 1:3000, cultivate it at 47℃ for 72 hours, and then test HBsAgs with ELISA double-antibody sandwich method. It is qualified if the activity of HRP labeled antibody is retained more than 90% (in contrast to the HRP labels cultivated at 4℃ for the same time). In equivalent treatment conditions, the retained activity of enzyme label diluted with 10mg/ml BSA as the stabilizer is not more than 5%s, i.e., the retaining activity of 50mg/ml BSA is still less than 20%.

    IV. Operating Instructions
    This Product is solid with concentration in use at 0.1%-0.5%(w/l); It is compatible with most common buffer systems (eg., phosphate, Tris, acetate, borate, HEPES, etc.). Better effect can be achieved by using this product together with 1-2 mg/ml BSA.So we suggest you add the BSA to your dilution buffer.
