Detect process：
- Put the swab under refrigerated condition at room temperature for about 10 minutes, boot up, wait for its self inspection end.
- Hold the sealing tube with one hand tightly as shown in Fig 2 pull out the sealing tube with the other hand lightly (Do not pull the sealing tube directly! ).
- With cotton head sampling. wipe the object surface evenly. side rolling edge wipe with Z shape, wipe area of about 100cm, or soak it all in the liquid to be tested and then take it out quickly. After the sampling is completed, the sealing tube sleeve is attached.(The broken swab must be put into the instrument within 10 seconds.)
- Put the swabs into the ATP fluorescence detector quickly, press the OK key, and read the number in 15 seconds.
Note:
RLU (100fmol ATP) is tested by collecting 100 μl of 1 x 10-9 M ATP solution in the case of the water tests, and adding 10μl of 1 x 10-8 M ATP solution onto the swab in the surface tests. The tests are done at room temperature.
RLU stability after 15s means the percentage of the second RLU read by the meters over the first RLU read. The time interval between the second read and the first read is 15 s.
Shelf life:
All the test kits are stable for 15 months keeping at 2-8℃.
