Nankai Biotech Nitrofurazone(SEM) Rapid Test Kit is a rapid, one step test for the qualitative (or quantitative) detection of Nitrofurazone Metabolite (SEM) Residue in Aquatic Product (fish, shrimp...), meat,chicken,pork,beef, and honey products.

1. INTENDED USE
The Nitrofurazone(SEM) Rapid Test is used to qualitatively (or quantitatively) detect Nitrofurazone Metaboliteresiduein seafood, fish, shrimp, meat tissue, honey at the sensitivity of 0.5 μg/kg (0.5 ppb) . The total assay time takes 30 minutes.
2. TEST PROCEDURE
1. Remove Nitrofurazone (SEM) Rapid Test from sealed pouch.
2. Suck at least 3 drops of prepared sample, hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of solution to the specimen well (S) of the test Kit, and then start the timer. (See the illustration below)
3. Wait for red bands to appear. The result should be read in approximately 3-5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 5 minutes.
