Description:
Super-sensitive Reversible Protein Staining Kit is used to fast detect the minor proteins on PAGE gel. Its sensitivity can reach the level of silver staining (a level of nanogram or higher), and it simple, stable and reproducible. The content of staining solution, SDS and TRIS together affect and format a special complex which precipitate in gel matrix, and contribute to a black background staining, so the protein band is colorless and transparent.
Features:
- Just need to two simple procedures after the electrophoresis and all the reaction will be finished in 15 minutes.
- It is an environmental protection dye which does not contain acetic acid, methanol and other toxic and stimulate composition.
- The protein bands are transparent on opaque background; the sensitivity is 10 times ??compared with tradition way (a level of nanogram or higher).
- Reversible staining. Destain for 15 min and then proteins are suitable for electric elution (it can be used for antigenic production after chip off the special band and elute it), quantity；western blot；no effect on the binding property of antigen-antibody；Mass spectrometry and compatibility of N-terminal sequencing.
- It can keep at least for 1 year in common ddH2O, no discoloration, reduction, and no protein diffusion, you still can use it for western blot and other Protein microarray analysis.
