Description
Thermo RT Kit is designed to perform reverse transcription. This kit contains all reagents necessary for the reverse transcription of RNA to cDNA: Thermo M-MLV transcriptase, optimal reaction buffer, dNTP, RNase inhibitor, RNase-free water and oligo(dT)18. Thermo M-MLV has no RNaseH activity and is stable at 42-65℃ and suitable for GC-rich template or long template amplification. The 2× Reaction Buffer consists of a proprietary buffer system that has been optimized for reverse transcription and PCR, and includes Mg2+, deoxyribonucleotide triphosphates (dNTPs), and stabilizers.
