Coagulated Blood DNA Mini-extraction Kit(Spin-column)
Principle
The kit applies special columns to separate blood blots according to the characteristics of whole blood to rapidly isolate DNA. First erythrocyte lysis buffer removes DNA-free erythrocyte. Nuclear lysis buffer splits leukocyte and DNA is released. Then protein precipitation buffer precipitates and removes protein selectively. Last the purified DNA is precipitated by isopropanol, and then DNA is dissolved in DNA dissolving buffer.
