Description:
RNA is unstable，and easily degradated. Even stored in -20 oC, this problem cannot be solved if pure RNA is dissolute in TE or water without eliminate RNase. RNA long-term storage solution is the one of the best choice to solve this problem because it can keep RNA from degradation in 4 oC or -20 oC for one year. Use conventional ethanol way to precipitate RNA, or directly use high concentration protein which kept in RNA long-term storage solution for RNA electrophoresis, Northern Blot.
