All Steel Fume Hood

Structure combination：Using three parts combined type cabinets, the upper cabinet(fume cabinet), middle( worktop), nether cabinet(contains single side independent extract type combined cabinet and the other side independent water, electricity, gas pipeline system contained cabinet ). The material is high quality stainless steel sheet, with thickness≥1.2mm. (containing cut surface, screw hole), the thickness and quality of powder coating can meet National standards, adhesion is good, the appearance is smooth, the whole body has strong anti-corrosion.
 
1) Cabinets body: using high quality 1.2mm galvanized cold-rolled steel sheet to press into moulding, the surface treated by high temperature solidify via epoxy resin plastic powder.
2) Worktop: is made up of 12.7mm thickness solid core physiochemical board for lab special use, the around is thickened to 25.4mm, can resist90% strong acid, strong alkali, resist high temperature≧1200℃, the top around is double layer to prevent the liquid overflow, the water glass is set up in the right behind side of the door.
3) lining board, deflect guide board: using 6 mm thickness compact grade board after epoxy resin static spray coating treatment, the installed position and angle need to make the exhaust distribute even, without dead angle, in standard situation, the exhaust capacity between the upper air outlet of deflect guide board with the middle, nether ones is 50±10% respectively, to make sure different rate gas removed efficiently, with manual adjustable exhaust capacity rate design，can improve the exhaust capacity rate of the middle, nether air outlet over 80%.
4) Top board, power supply: using special designed 10A or 16A three-stage Multi-function socket, with design of dustproof, anti-acid-base, anti-water; and is equipped with electricity-protection switch, effectively ensure the safety of person and equipment.
5) Lighting: non-visual light source, there is 30W explosion-proof type daylight lamp equipped in the top board, ensure the worktop is not lower than the height standard of 450LUX, is not touch with the gas in cabinets, and is easy to be replaced.
6) Sliding door: double hanging type glass door, the material is steel-made frame with 6mm tempered glass, open in up or down, the operation is convenient and flexible, the bottom of sliding door should have rubber shockpad to reduce the pound when on-off. stepless balance weight, up or down is free when slide door, can be stopped in each position.
7) Transmission: double hanging glass door is transferred in-phase by guide rail, bob-weight pulleys, tight wire, bob-weight, open in up or down is open convenient and flexible with low noise.
8) Working top wind speed: 0.5～0.8m/s.
9) Exhaust capacity: 1080～1400m3/h.
10) Exhaust resistance:  5～12mmH2O.
11) Working Voltage: AC220V～380V.
12) Electromotor power: 0.04～2.2kw.
13) air valve: using coppery surface which is treated by EPOXY, is anti-high pressure, acid-base resistance, anti-hot material, single mouth separate operation style.
14) Electrical accessories: versatile sockets(220V/10A),daylight lamp, fan on-off control.
15) Air outlet measurement: Φ250mm.
16) Fan: using fiber glass (FRP)material, acid-base resistance, weathering resistance.
17) Air pipe: using high quality PVC air pipe,(the measurement depends on site).
