The conventional methods to produce Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) by using fermentation and cold pressing need longer time to break these emulsions. Now the coconut oil centrifuges are widely used in the process of virgin coconut oil which can short the protuction time & improve the production capacity and can get the pure virgin coconut oil. With the centrifuge process, all the essential nutrients of coconut oil are preserved completely and perfectly, such as Vitamin E, Lauric Acid, and Monolaurin. Not only this but also prevents undesirable chemical reactions which side effects can be rancidity and strong-smelling. After the centrifuge process, coconut oil can be clear and transparent like pure water, with a low viscosity, and no rancidity nor sour-smelling. Conversely, our coconut contains a light and pleasant smell of coconut. This oil is easily absorbed by human skin without the glutinous or sticky feeling.
